In Regards on my overpayment unemployment, this issue was originally resolved in 2007 by Employment Security and me.   However, in summer of 2008 I was contacted again by employment Security on this issue and again this matter was going to be resolved by your department.
The issue again was that I was not entitled to benefits in 2006 but, unemployment insurance payments made byRV Bar Grill was more than the benefits paid to Steve .   I was the member manager of RV Bar Grill and in 2005 Employment Security had requested that I had to make Employment Security payments on Me Steve Gibler (which I did of almost 400 per month) and that way I would be eligible for benefits if I were ever unemployed (which I was and applied for and received in 2006)
However, one division of Employment Security said that I was eligible and one division said I wasn’t. So the way the issue was resolved was that the monies that were paid into unemployment insurance would offset the benefits paid to Steve Gibler. There was more money paid into the unemployment insurance for Steve Gibler than benefits received and that I was to get a refund, which I never received.
This is the first letter received since 2008 and I thought that Employment Security Department finally got their 2 different departments and resolved this issue.
Instead of phone conversations I request a hearing to resolve this issue.
I totally disagree that I owe any money to Unemployment Security
P.S.   I have repeatedly tried to contact your office by phone and I just received this notice on 6/12/2012 by mail forwarding by post office.
