        Today in the 21st century, Canada and many other parts of the world are filled with the creations of the industrial revolution and new technologies that have sparked in parts of the world. Without any of these new inventions, our world would have a very hard time functioning in the way people would enjoy. What many don’t realize, is that the regular activities in our ways of life that we have performed for years actually end up hurting the environment in numerous ways. So, global warming becomes a very debatable topic and a true controversy. It is a fact, that the average temperatures across the world have increased approximately point-eight of a degree since the eighteen-hundreds. It is also very unfortunate that Canada alone uses electricity as much as seven-hundred million people when our population is just over thirty-three million. In the long run, the Canadian nation might even experience the first ‘ice-free season’ in the northern parts during the twenty-forties. As seen, many of the choices that are being done are not even close to being eco-friendly, and change is crucial. It is very unfortunate that Canada’s own government doesn’t want any involvement and is making fairly weak plans in terms of battling climate change. Next, there are too many cars on Canadian roads which simply adds on to the emissions being released into the air. Finally, the wildlife and animals in the north is rapidly decreasing...
