The 10 mM solutions were transferred to the reflux flask with a plastic pasteurpipet. The heater was turned on after 5 min, because this was forgotten. After 10 min the solution was boiling and aliquots of 50 uL were taken with a pipet100. Pipetting from a boiling solution isn’t giving the same result, because of the bubbles inside the pipettip. After the t = 45, an aliquot of about 100 µL was taking out of the control and peroxide solutions with a glass pasteur pipet and transferred to a small epje. From these samples in the small epjes the 50 µM solutions were made, just as described above. The peroxide solution was kept in the fridge and than injected after the previous peroxide run was finished. The control samples were stored in the fridge.

After the last aliquot of the day (t=240), the solutions were cooled down (5 min), transferred to the glass vials with a glass pasteur pipet and put back into the fridge.
The controls samples were diluted to 50 µM as described above and transferred into a Gilson vial. A batch sequence was made for the overnight injection of the controls (t = 0 till 240 min).
