As a service providing organization, rendering the prompt and appropriate service at right time might be the most important process for the health care organization. Quality of healthcare always dependent upon the promise they made and service they provided. Health care organization has big responsibility over the patient i.e. human being so the process they followed should be patient friendly, cost effective, time efficient, and safety. Key process for health organization might be welcome the patient, diagnosing process, identify the problem and start treatment, continuous monitoring the effect of treatment, feedback the outcomes of the treatment.

As time changed Health care providers are increasing facing the challenging, dynamic changes in the healthcare industry. The current health care system can very confusing for the health care providers because of the uncertain economic situations, availability of limited resources, constant changes in the regulatory requirement, low reimbursement for the medical services, and the costs of health care services. Other challenging issues like the competitive market forces, demographic shifts, consumer’s lifestyle changes, and innovated medical technologies can also create barriers or obstacles for the health care providers to deliver a better quality of services and maintain highest level of stakeholder’s satisfaction.
